Beth Everitt continues to be paid

and she continues to refuse to explain, defend, or even acknowledge her decision to place APS Police Chief Gil Lovato on administrative leave for a half a year at full pay;

rather than allow him his day in court

where he and lawyer Sam Bregman said;

the now thoroughly disgraced Gil Lovato
would tell the truth, and not a single administrator
in the leadership of the APS

would be left standing.
