School Board President Paula Maes Will Not Explain to Character Counts! Natl VP Jessica Ellis

... how it is that she, Paula Maes, as the
President of the Character Counts! Leadership Council
excepted herself from accountability to
the Pillars of Character Counts!,
for even the few hours each day that she serves the public as the District's most senior role model
of the student standard of conduct;

... the Pillars of Character Counts.

If she won't explain it to stakeholders
why would she explain it to Jessica Ellis?

All that is left to see is,
what will Jessica Ellis and Michael Josephson
do with the truth that they uncover today.

Do you think it is ethical to manipulate Mr. Josephson and Ms. Ellis into taking your side by doing all of this in public?

Their obligation to tell the truth, preexists.
I don't have to create it by manipulation
or by any other means.

Likewise, I don't need them on my side;
I do not value their allegiance.
I have not asked for their allegiance,

I have asked them to tell the truth;
which has allegiance to no one;
least of all to the corrupt.

Finally, I do this publicly, because the decisions that people make in public,
are different than the decisions
that they make in secret.

The worst decisions that any public servant can make, is any decision that they must make in secret.

Not to put to fine a point on it;
but I really don't trust any of these people.

If I owe any one them an apology;
it is up to them to explain why;
because as far as I am concerned,
they are getting far better than they deserve.

As always, I am grateful for the attention of readers.

Praising in public and disciplining in private only works when the person in question is already held accountable for their actions.

These people are not in that position, so cannot be privately dealt with. I bet ched has tried taking the reasonable, let me buy you a cup of coffee and a breakfast burito and lets talk about stuff approach, and has gotten nowhere.

I know my own exasperation with APS sometimes makes me expose crimes and malfeasance to the media or regulatory commissions when tehir own internal processes fail.

I don't know what else Ched could do besides win a huge lottery and spend it on lawyers. There is no other way to effect change in the system, it is a mobius loop instead of continuos improvement loop. You can't be heard in any meaningful way as a non Good Old Boy.

I always find it incredible, and a lot of gall, when people tell good people that they are manipulative and to leave the poor bad guy alone.."he's suffered enough".
Either that is a brain dead statement, or that writer is one of those that must "stand by his/her man"...aka.. the good ole boy club.
Some never learn their mistakes...history is full of regrets!
