There are two things wrong in government

Imagine please, a government where every single politician and public servant was both manifestly competent and scrupulously honest.

Until we can manage to elect and hire only competent and honest servants; our only defense against public corruption and incompetence is to make them impossibly difficult to hide; casino security on the public trust and treasure.

Elect me, and every single politician and public servant in the entire APS will be held honestly accountable to the highest standards of conduct and competence, even against their will.

Give me your money, and nobody (else) will get hurt.
