The State of New Mexico invests billions of tax dollars every year in the hope of growing their amounts. We pay huge sums of money to political cronies of the Governor, to invest wisely on our behalf.
Yet, according to Jim Scarantino, link, it appears that we could have done much better without their high priced advice.
