There are two questions really, about
Rep Janice Arnold-Jones' candidacy;
- can she win the primary election? and
- can she win the general election?
The second question is a no-brainer.
Imagine Rep Janice Arnold-Jones
and Lt Gov Diane Denish running against each other.
While, it seems that there are an inordinate number of Democrats who will pull the "all D" lever on a voting machine without a second thought, the rest of New Mexicans are more discerning. They will not vote for more of the same, just because they are Democrats.
They are sick of the corruption and incompetence in state government.
Governor Janice Arnold-Jones will actually end the culture of corruption in state government. Governor Diane Denish would prolong and enable it. She has no choice. She is not going to "take out" a bunch of corrupt and incompetent Democrats. That's not the way it's done in New Mexico.
Once people stop the "Janice who?" nonsense, and see them
side by side, Rep Janice Arnold-Jones will win in a landslide.
But, can Rep Janice Arnold-Jones win the primary?
There are a number of people arguing that she cannot win the primary because she isn't swinging as big a bat as "the party" favorites. They like that she isn't one of the good ol' boys, and then want to hold it against her that she doesn't enjoy their financial support.
You can't get rid of the powered and privileged by electing another one of them. The need is for a Governor of the people, by the people and for the people.
I have not heard another candidate nor candidate supporter point to a single attribute of character or competence that distinguishes them above Rep Janice Arnold-Jones. Not one.
Rep Janice Arnold-Jones is the best qualified candidate
for Governor; proven competence, proven character, and
proven courage.
Let's stop whining about how she cannot win the primary, and
instead, make sure that she does, link.

Will Janice Arnold-Jones release the script of all of her polling as well?
Ask her.

You ask her. You're the one that his showing his bias and double standard towards Last Place Arnold-Jones.
OK, I will.
What exactly, are you accusing her of having done?
What unethical act are you expecting her to explain, defend, deny or acknowledge by means of surrendering records?
I bask in the glow of your ad hominem attack, and the vindication it implies.
Point to the double standard I apply to the most qualified, competence and honest candidate of them all.
Ched, that big baby that wrote in can take his marbles and go to another playground.
With all respect, sore loser, yourr side can't win all the time... no one's side wins all the time.
Your side is selling New Mexicans out for continuity only... forget trust, forget Denish did not stand up to corruption, forget that suddenly she tries to be the hero when she's got everything to lose, but not before.
So crybaby loser, don't oppress Ched's right to free speech just so "your side can win". Get a clue!
