Fundamental among those terms; public servants are accountable to the public, and to meaningful standards of conduct and competence, at least for the eight measly hours a day that we have to "trust" them with the control over our power and our resources.

Rest up for the fight in January.
Recharge your batteries to continue your righteous fight against corruption at APS. You might start looking into a supposed business deal between esquivel and brooks re the APS soccer complex near Volcano Vista HS. The word out there is that esquivel owned that land. As a favor to esquivel brooks approved the purchase of the land for the soccer complex which turned into a disaster requiring millions of dollars to make the fields up to par. This could be the reason esquivel won't sack a walking time bomb and the No.1 APS bully.
