Winston Brooks is a great superintendent.

Winston Brooks is doing a great job. He really is.

Except for that one little problem; he won't tell the truth.

Winston Brooks will not set a time, a day, and a place,
where he will tell the truth about the public interests
in the public schools.

Winston Brooks will not set a time, a day, and a place,
where stakeholders can ask legitimate questions, and
he will respond candidly, forthrightly, and honestly.

Winston Brooks will not set a time, a day, and a place,
where he will;

"... model and promote
the student standard of conduct ..."
Winston Brooks will not set a time, a day, and a place,
where he will be held honestly accountable as a role model.
