Someone is lying; APS or Kari Brandenburg

APS Custodian of Public Records Rigo Chavez writes;

"... no records have been forwarded to the District
Attorney's Office because the investigations are ongoing."
9/22/08

District Attorney Kari Brandenburg wrote;

Mr. MacQuigg,

"... We have a file with an investigation from APS in it. Because it is an open file, I cannot disclose any more specific information." 6/26/07


and

"We cannot comment regarding specifics. The investigation is ongoing & being reviewed. It will take months before we make any decisions, as it is complex and we are working on many other things, too."

and

"Records from ongoing investigations and pending prosecutions are not subject to the Public Record Act."

Somewhere there is floating around, credible evidence of felony criminal misconduct involving senior APS administrators and Darren White's NCIC data base.

Someone is lying.

Why would Kari Brandenburg admit having records that she doesn't really have?

Why would Rigo Chavez deny sending records if they have in fact been sent?

Someone is lying.
