They are paid tax dollars to deliberately deceive the public
about the state of public resources and power.
Consider for example; Rigo Chavez,
APS' Director of Communications.
And consider Monica Armenta,
APS' Executive Director of Communications.
Who split between them, the better part of a quarter of a million tax dollars a year, and
neither of whom will tell you why
No one in the entire leadership of the APS
is honestly accountable as a role model
of the student standard of conduct.
