“There is a time for ethics reform;

And that time is now”, said Governor Bill Richardson as he began his second term today.

He knows that the Leadership of the APS refuses to hold itself honestly accountable even to the code of ethics to which they hold students accountable.

If the time is now; isn’t today the day he should tell the Journal and Trib to tell stakeholders the truth?
