Belly to belly with Brooks

APS Chief of Police Steve Tellez testified that I have walked upto APS Supt Winston Brooks and gotten in his face.  He said I closed to 3-6 inches.

My lawyer and I were standing up facing each other with a Sharpie between our noses.  We were illustrating how completely preposterous his testimony was.  It made me laugh.

After some time to think about it, and after being reminded that he was testifying under oath, he changed his testimony.  I wasn't getting in Brooks' face, I was getting in his belly.

Winston Brooks and I have big bellies according to Tellez, and he was talking about the distance between our bellies.

Let's say three inches for my belly and six for Brooks.  That means our noses would have been 12 to 15 inches apart; and Tellez is busy estimating the distance between our belly buttons?  Does Brooks have an outie?

APS Executive Director of Communications Monica Armenta testified that APS Communications Department Staff were ordered to take photos of me and Mark Bralley.  None have been produced as evidence.  Not one.

The place has more closed circuit cameras than a casino.  56 certified police officers are supposed to be wearing lapel cams, and using them.

There are no pictures of me getting in Brooks' belly
because it never, ever happened, ever.

Actually APS Police does not issue their officers lapel cameras or anything close. They wouldn't do this out of fear that one of their own officers would video one of their APS supervisors bulling, threatening, or doing some sort of sinister activities!

APS Administrators from the very robust Winston Brooks III on down to Chief Tellez and his minions are so terrified of being secretly recorded by their employees that they threaten their employees with discipline if they are caught recording their supervisors without informing them prior to any communication.

At most respected Police Departments around the country Police Officers are terminated for lying or providing false information. Most Police Departments hold their officers to the highest standards, but that is not the case with this so called Police Department. Chief Tellez lied about you getting within 3-6 inches of Mr. Brooks face and then changed his story. It's so common place for Mr. Tellez and his ship of fools to fib on a daily basis that they probably don't even know what is fact anymore! Nobody from the rank of Sgt. on up is held accountable at APS Police.

APS Police has finally removed their 3 current actual Lieutenants out of City Center. One was moved last year to the M&O compound, one was moved to Manzano High School last year, and now the last one was banished to Washington Middle School. Their usefulness to Chief Tellez has been diminished. Now 2 others that are hush hush (being paid Lieutennats pay) even though they are only Sgt's are hiding at City Center close to Chief Tellez.

I thought APS was on a budget crunch? How can Chief Tellez continue to pay Sgt. Carla Gandara and Sgt. Paul Brady acting Lieutenants pay? If the already top heavy APS Police administration needs 2 more Lieutenants why don't they just promote 2 more command staff? It's amazing that this riff raff is allowed to occur at the tax payer and students expense!
