APS, Brooks, and Esquivel lose important court battle

A United States District Court Judge has found, link, that former APS School Board President and enforcer Marty Esquivel's banning letter violated my civil rights and has enjoined Esquivel and APS from enforcing the ban.

I look forward to returning to the public forum.

Congratulations! Hope to see you back there soon!
Then you can ask them how much they paid their lawyers to try and keep you out!

Ruled in your favor on all four factors -- congratulations! Did you have attorneys? Pro bono?

I have excellent attorneys. APS (taxpayers - unfortunately) will compensate them for their efforts.

Chedd,
Vindication is sweet! Congratulations on your staying the course and forcing the guru of "open government " to eat his law degree.
