Your previously expressed denial

Mr Macquigg- We have no documents that are responsive to your request.

is catagorically unacceptable; it.is simply not credible. It is impossible to believe that there are no electronic or written logs that track data for an Interstate Identification Index Checks. I insist upon an honest response.

If you would please, acknowledge that you have recieved this request and that it meets your needs.
