According to the NMFOG website;

sits on their Executive Committee.
The NMFOG has consistently ignored my requests
for their assistance;
in my efforts to hold accountable, the axis of
the APS administration, the board, and Modrall,
for their complete disregard of open government laws.
... and now it all makes sense.
