(Formerly prestigious) Dixon Award winners named

I am certain there are people who have won the Dixon Award who genuinely earned it. I know at least one personally.

Nevertheless, the prestige of the Award was diminished considerably when NM FOG Board of Directors members Kent Walz and Marty Esquivel bamboozled the Board into giving the award to APS Supt Winston Brooks while at the same time he was busily hiding the Caswell Report (a public record naming the names of APS senior administrators who committed yet to be prosecuted felonies) from public knowledge in clear violation of at least the spirit and probably the letter of the Inspection of Public Records Act.
