Isn't this exactly the kind of information that we are paying APS Executive Director of Communications Monica Armenta $107K a year to be communicating?Maybe the information will show up in her next APS calendar.

The terms of public service are the prerogative of the public. Fundamental among those terms; public servants are accountable to the public, and to meaningful standards of conduct and competence, at least for the eight measly hours a day that we have to "trust" them with the control over our power and our resources.

Isn't it shocking that Armenta who holds a B.A. makes twice the salary of a teacher with 20 years of experience and a Ph.D?
ReplyDeleteHopefully when APS is done with Brooks, a true educator will replace Armenta. How hard will it be to do her job? How hard will it be for a new person to say, "APS does not comment on personnel matters?" Or, "APS does not comment on pending litigation." It's time to clean house in APS' communications department.
there are NM state requirements for School Board elections and procedures that they are required to follow. Perhaps a state-level grievance is in order?

ReplyDeleteAs for filing complaints against - it's a waste of time, like trying to teach a pig to sing; it only wastes your time and annoys the pig.
