A bunch of talented and dedicated people spent thousands of hours volunteering to write it. Imho, they did a good job. If it passes, the public interests will advance.

The Chavez era City Council rat-holed the ethics reform legislation for reasons that are self evident.

I don't expect Berry to take a side,
I just want him to put it on the table for open, honest, and public discussion.
