NM Foundation for Open Government has some rotten apples.

Leonard DeLayo runs it, Marty Esquivel, Paula Maes,
at least one Modrall lawyer, and others, direct it.

I'm wondering if membership on the board of directors is like
a boy scout merit badge; you go do something for awhile and
you get a badge,

even if you really have no real interest in, or commitment to
honest and open government.
