APS Modrall lawyer Art Melendrez knows about allegations of fraud that are attached to the APS Moss Adams audit.

Here shown, jotting down the particulars.

At the first audit committee meeting after the full board
signed off on an audit which I have alleged has an attached
fraud, I told Art Melendrez, that there was a fraud attached to the audit.

That was Thursday, February 19, 2009.

He implied that he would do something about the allegation.

So far; nothing.



Which is exactly the same response
that I got from Alan Gutowsky;
the community's representative
on the Audit Committee;


so far; nothing.




If there is any defense at all, against the allegations of fraud,
why will no one utter them, and then their name?
