APS Deputy Superintendent Tom Savage, who had oversight
ordered APS employees to keep their mouths shut!

He also had oversight over the APS Financial Division which
has according to the Meyners Audit; forever,

• not had written sound financial policies or procedures
• done business with vendors like the ones who popped for the soiree at the Inn of the Mountain Gods
• without following such procedures as there were,
• without involving purchasing, and
• without keeping adequate records,

Tom Savage is still a good ol' boy in good standing.
He is still makes $100K a year,
protecting the public interests.


Can this really be OK with stakeholders?
