    *W-2 Forms Had Missing Data: *There were two omissions in the W-2 Wage
    and Tax Statements that were distributed today to APS employees. The
    Employer’s State ID number and information for Box 12 (ERA) are
    missing
    from the W-2s. All employees can expect a re-printed version of their
    W-2 Wage and Tax Statement with the additional information before Jan.
    31. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have created. Employees
    can call 872-6880 for additional information if it is required.
