The terms of public service are the prerogative of the public. Fundamental among those terms; public servants are accountable to the public, and to meaningful standards of conduct and competence, at least for the eight measly hours a day that we have to "trust" them with the control over our power and our resources.
The public needs to demand that APS hires it's own legal team. That team MUST be a "no-profit" entity, subject to any public or state audit.

Ridiclous. Corrupt. Selling out the APS kids for personal gain.
HOW DO WE REQUEST PAULA MAES RESIGNATION/RECALL?
If we can get an honest audit, we won't have to have a recall; she will have to resign.
